Archon Type B RMR pattern Optic Cut

This is for the machining and installation of RMR pattern optics on an Archon Type B Slide. Please read all points below:
 
  • The only mounting configuration is with the optic mounted in front of the rear sight dovetail.
  • Price does not include refinishing. Carbon steel slides will have a cold blue and oil coat applied to the machined pocket.
  • Cerakote can be added to your order HERE
  • It is REQUIRED that the optic be supplied with the slide for machining and installation. We measure and fit EACH optic to each slide we install them on. We do this to ensure the most secure installation possible. 
  • Current leadtimes are located at the top of the webpage.
  • THIS IS FOR THE MACHINE WORK FOR THE OPTIC INSTALLATION ONLY!!! The optic is not included!
  • You are responsible for shipping cost / shipping your slide in to us. The shipping charge added at checkout covers the cost of return shipping back to you via USPS Flat Rate. If you would like to add insurance to your package (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) you can do so HERE. 

  • Iron Sight Recommendations

    For the Trijicon RMR Type 2 and Holosun RMR pattern optics (low co-witness):

    • Front: Ameriglo Glock 0.315" (XL Height)
    • Rear Ameriglo Glock 0.415" (PN: GL-404-415)

    For the Trijicon SRO, RMR HD, and RCR optics (standard co-witness):

    • Front: Ameriglo Glock 0.350" Height (2XL Height)
    • Rear: Ameriglo Glock 0.451" Height (3XL Height)

Please be aware that as of 9/10/2025 you must add shipping insurance to your order manually. This allows you to choose the amount you would like to insure your slide and optic for. Insurance options can be found HERE.
