Shipping & Delivery
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once an order is complete we USUALLY ship within 48 hours (this is not a guarantee and excludes weekends as we are closed on Sundays) unless otherwise stated in product description. While we make every attempt to ship the day of your order, there is no guarantee of this. Some “Special Priced” orders or certain products can take up to seven days to ship. Pre-Order items will usually ship by “Approximate Shipping Date” that is noted on Product Detail Description Page of website. We can not guarantee that a Pre-Ordered item will always ship by “Approximate Shipping Date”. We also cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any particular time frame. There are instances where UPS or USPS will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen events. If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges. Please be aware that UPS and USPS do not have any guarantees as to the delivery time of a ground package.

Free shipping may be offered on some of our products, as noted in the various brand sections. Qualifying orders shipping within the continental U.S. can use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO addresses do not always qualify for free shipping. Please note that if you attempt to obtain free shipping on an order that does not qualify, your order will be cancelled until we notify you and receive authorization for the additional shipping charges. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Returns & Replacements
Any and all return requests must be made with 14 days upon receipt of shipment.
No refund will be applied to shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy.
All Sales are final on all Slides. All sales are final on slide work/machining after the work has been started.
Any order returned through no fault of Nameless Armament LLC (such as size, thread pitch or color choice); will be charged a 20% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.
All returns due to error by Nameless Armament LLC will have any and all fees waived without question.
No refunds will be given, or returns processed on used parts/products or parts/products that are damaged by the end user. It is HIGHLY recommended that any parts be installed by a certified gunsmith. All returned items must be in their original, new condition. They must also be in their original, undamaged packaging. Any used item that is returned to Nameless Armament LLC will be denied and sent back at the customers expense.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled if they are within the shipping range noted on the product and within the shipping range as noted in out shipping policy. This policy will be reviewed on an individual basis.
When a return is accepted, the shipping will not be refunded unless said return is due to the fault of Nameless Armament LLC.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, you will need to send an email to namelessarms@gmail.com.
You will be charged a 8% cancellation fee due to fees we pay to process your payment and or refund. You will also be charged for any shipping cost incurred in returning your parts / components to you.

ANY order that is canceled will be refunded minus an 8% processing fee. For any products sold, if you request a cancellation of an order after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. In addition to the 8% processing fee, a 12% restocking fee will apply.
